Policies

  • All services require a Policy and Release form to be signed.  Below are some of our policies. The full Policy and Release form is available for download below. 

  • Due to being an appointment-based salon, please arrive on time. If running late, please let us know ahead of time to avoid confusion. Based on time of arrival, we may have to reappoint you.

  • Dogs that are aggressive and known to bite may be refused at any time before or during grooming. This is not only for the safety of the groomer but also for the safety of the dog.  Extremely aggressive dogs may better be suited to sedated grooming by a Veterinarian. 

  • Geriatric dogs and those with significant health problems may be refused.  Full grooming may stress an already weakened dog to a dangerous level.  Our first priority is the safety of the animals.

  • Excessive matting will require an extra charge due to increased time spent grooming and wear on our equipment. 

  • Cancellations require a 24 hour notice.  Anything less than 24 hours is subject to pay 50% of the full grooming bill per dog.

  • No show/no call are subject to pay 100% of the full grooming bill per dog. If you no call, no show or last minute cancel more than 2 times, you must PRE-PAY for your next appointment in full, as well as any fees associated with missed appointments, prior to receiving services. If you miss 3 appointments, we can no longer book appointments for you.
